GENUINE. GENTLE. GRIT.

OUR VISION

revolves around establishing a secure environment for women to embrace life beyond the age 17. Our objective is to provide a distinctive experience that helps women rediscover their value and find inner serenity amidst societal pressures. Our bespoke restorative program caters to individual requirements and guides toward a path of rejuvenation.

We celebrate the authenticity of each individual and equip each with the necessary tools to navigate life's challenges with confidence and grace. This unique self-care journey honors the genuine self and empowers one to take charge of their life.

Our program does not impose temporal restrictions. Our objective is to provide extensive support to every woman who enrolls in our program, for the necessary time to facilitate the regaining of independence and successful reintegration into society.

OUR MISSION

is to empower adult female victims of human trafficking by providing an innovative, integrated behavioral health program within a structured residential setting. Our team aims to address unique needs and challenges, to foster improved mental health, enhanced coping skills, and greater self-awareness for long-term well-being

CORE VALUES

GENTLE

We must have gentleness for ourselves in a life that throws us a lot of hardships. The world can be very tough to navigate on our own, and that’s just it- we aren’t supposed to do it alone. And in a world that is already hard enough on us, why be hard on ourselves? Why be hard on others? We believe in creating a safe space, free of judgment and shame - a place where we can take a deep breath, and a place to rest for the first time in a long time.

GENUINE

Honesty with others and especially ourselves is sometimes the toughest, scariest thing to do, but it is the bravest. It not only can reveal our deepest wounds and fears but can hold us accountable when our human instinct is sometimes to escape and avoid. But just as band-aids can only hide an infected wound for so long, hiding from our truths can only work for so long. We believe in being honest with ourselves and others, to foster true community, accountability, and overall healing.

GRIT

Life is hard, and that’s the truth. Healing is painful, and messy, and sometimes can feel like there is no end in sight. The grit that has gotten us through so far though, is going to be different than the grit that is going to push us forward. The grit required for healing is rooted in hope, tenacity, honesty, community, vulnerability, patience, and of course, gentleness. This grit is not the grit of survival anymore, it is the grit of faith, hope, and revival.

STRATEGIC GOALS

ORGANIZATIONAL
SUSTAINABILITY

This includes fostering relationships with community stakeholders, government agencies, and other service providers to create synergies and ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to addressing social issues.
